This site is operated by TSCM Partners. Given the nature of our work, we treat your data the way we treat everything else: minimally and confidentially.
Who we are
tscminspection.co.uk is a service site of TSCM Partners (“we”, “us”). We are the data controller for personal data collected through this site. Contact: via the contact form.
What we collect and why
- Contact form submissions — name, email, phone (optional), organisation (optional), location, and the message you write. Legal basis: legitimate interest in responding to your enquiry, and pre-contractual steps if you proceed to an engagement.
- Analytics (optional) — if you accept analytics cookies, we use Google Analytics 4 with IP anonymisation to understand how the site is used. If you decline, no analytics run. See the cookie policy.
- Server logs — our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes IP addresses transiently for security and delivery.
How long we keep it
Enquiry emails are retained while the enquiry is live and for up to 24 months afterwards, then deleted unless an engagement (and its contractual record-keeping) followed. Analytics data is retained for 14 months.
Who sees it
Your enquiry goes to the TSCM Partners intake inbox only. We use Resend (email delivery) and Cloudflare (hosting) as processors. We do not sell data, share it with advertisers, or use it for marketing lists.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of your personal data, and you may object to processing. Raise any request through the contact form; unresolved concerns can be taken to the ICO (ico.org.uk).
