Is it legal for someone to bug my home?
In the UK it is generally unlawful to place a listening device or camera where a person has a reasonable expectation of privacy — including by a spouse, partner, landlord, or business associate. If we find a device, evidence is preserved for your solicitor before anything is touched.
How discreet is a residential inspection?
Completely. Plain vehicles, plain clothing, and scheduling that fits your household. Nobody outside the engagement needs to know an inspection took place.
Should vehicles be included?
Usually, yes. Cars are a common placement for both microphones and GPS trackers, and executives routinely take sensitive calls in them. A vehicle adds modest time to a residential inspection.
